Scope

This page is the long-form cancellation and refund policy for the three paid advertising placements listed on our advertising page. It expands on the anchored sections of our terms of use.

Eligibility for a refund

You're eligible for a full refund if you cancel a confirmed booking at least five business days before the run is scheduled to start.

Cancelling between one and four business days before the start date qualifies for a 50% refund, reflecting scheduling and preparation work already underway.

Once a run has started, we refund only the unused portion — for example, cancelling a two-month Growth Rings Package after three weeks may qualify for a partial refund covering the remaining weeks, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 613-482-1159 during Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:30. Include your name, the placement booked and the run dates so we can look up your booking quickly.

Processing timeframe

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We'll confirm the amount in writing before processing it.

Rescheduling instead of cancelling

If your circumstances change, ask us about moving your run to a new date before requesting a cancellation. Rescheduling within the same calendar quarter is generally available at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Non-refundable cases

Work already completed and delivered — such as a host read that has already aired, or a photo essay already published — is not refundable. Delays caused by late artwork, copy or script from you do not qualify for a refund of the affected period.

If we need to cancel a booked run — for example due to a production or scheduling issue on our side — we offer you a full refund or a rebooking at an equivalent value, at your choice.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
