Description of the offer
Larchline sells three fixed advertising placements: the Archive Page Placement, the Then and Now: Glengarry segment sponsorship, and the Growth Rings Package, each with a set price, run length and set of deliverables described on our advertising page.
Eligibility & user obligations
You must have the authority to submit artwork, copy or scripts on behalf of the advertiser named in a booking, and the material you provide must be lawful, accurate and not infringe the rights of others.
Bookings, orders & payments
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the placement, run dates and price in writing and payment has been arranged, before the run begins. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Our Payment & Refund Policy and Returns Policy below govern requests to cancel or refund a booking; the long-form versions are published on our advertising terms and cancellation and refunds pages.
Intellectual property
The Larchline name, logo, articles, podcast episodes and site design belong to EVOLVING MEDIA & DESIGN INC.. Advertisers retain ownership of the logos, copy and scripts they supply, and grant us a licence to use them solely to deliver the booked placement.
Acceptable use
You may not submit advertising material that is unlawful, misleading, or that misrepresents itself as editorial content. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw material that does not meet these terms.

Accuracy & availability. We take reasonable care to keep pricing and placement details accurate, but services, formats and prices may change, and final scope is confirmed in writing before a booking is made.
Results. We describe placements factually — their format, reach area and run length — and do not promise any business outcome from them.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, EVOLVING MEDIA & DESIGN INC.'s liability arising from this site or a placement does not exceed the amount paid for that placement.
Payment & Refund Policy
Scope. This policy covers payments made for the three advertising placements listed on our advertising page.
Eligibility. A full refund is available if you cancel at least five business days before your run is scheduled to begin. Returnss made after a run has started are refunded only for the unused portion, at our discretion.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 613-482-1159 with your booking details and the reason for the request.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Returns Policy
How to cancel. Contact us by email or phone during Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:30, and reference your booking.
Returns windows. Cancelling five or more business days before a run starts qualifies for a full refund; cancelling later qualifies for a refund of the unused portion only.
Rescheduling. We're generally able to move a booked run to a new date rather than cancel it outright — ask us before cancelling if timing is the issue.
If we need to cancel a run on our side — for example due to a production issue — we offer a full refund or a rebooking at no extra charge.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable within it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
